At Tides, I contribute to the design and evolution of digital systems supporting engagement, storytelling infrastructure, organizational coordination, and user experience across a complex ecosystem of philanthropic initiatives, partners, and audiences. My work spans onboarding flows, information architecture, storytelling systems, editorial and web production, accessibility, and cross-functional workflow design. I collaborate across communications, development, design, and program teams to translate complex organizational structures into clearer, more navigable digital experiences that improve discoverability, reduce friction, and support long-term engagement. Recent projects include: • Story Bank — centralized storytelling infrastructure that improved content discoverability and reuse • Digital Asset Management System — metadata-driven library supporting 1,000+ assets across teams and initiatives • Onboarding & Engagement Workflows — improving information architecture and reducing friction across user journeys Because much of this work is internal and organizational in nature, detailed UX case studies and work samples are available upon request.
